<reference>225 ILCS 10/7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 23, par. 2217</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that the objection by the parent or guardian of a child entering a child care facility sets forth the specific religious belief which conflicts with the immunization or immunizations. Provides that the religious exemption may be personal and need not be directed by the tenants of an established religious organization. Deletes language that provides that any standard involving immunizations shall include appropriate exemptions for children whose parents object thereto on the grounds that they are conflicting.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
