AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3903 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3903 on page 7, 
3line 14, by replacing "Section 6.2" with "Sections 6.2 and 
46.3"; and
 
5on page 8, immediately below line 1, by inserting the 
6following:
 
7    "(205 ILCS 660/6.3 new)
8    Sec. 6.3. Annual meeting between the sales finance 
9industry and the Department. The Department shall, if 
10requested to do so by at least 20 interested persons currently 
11licensed under this Act or an association representing at 
12least 20 interested persons currently licensed under this Act, 
13meet at least once per calendar year with representatives of 
14the sales finance industry to discuss industry developments, 
15fees, anticipated rules, or issues confronting the Department 
16in its regulation and discipline of the industry."; and

1on page 9, line 6, by replacing "Section 2.5" with "Sections 
22.5 and 2.6"; and
 
3on page 10, immediately below line 21, by inserting the 
4following:
 
5    "(205 ILCS 670/2.6 new)
6    Sec. 2.6. Annual meeting between the consumer installment 
7lending industry and the Department. The Department shall, if 
8requested to do so by at least 20 interested persons currently 
9licensed under this Act or an association representing at 
10least 20 interested persons currently licensed under this Act, 
11meet at least once per calendar year with representatives of 
12the consumer installment lending industry to discuss industry 
13developments, fees, anticipated rules, or issues confronting 
14the Department in its regulation and discipline of the 
15industry.".
