| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3524 by replacing |
| 3 | | lines 5 through 11 on page 35 with "provision requiring both |
| 4 | | parents to exchange information annually, and either parent to |
| 5 | | report to the other parent and to the Clerk of Court within 10 |
| 6 | | days each time either parent obtains new employment, and each |
| 7 | | time either parent's employment is terminated for any reason. |
| 8 | | The information exchanged or reported report shall be in |
| 9 | | writing and shall verify the parent's net income as defined in |
| 10 | | this Section. In the case of new employment, the information |
| 11 | | shall include the name and"; and

| 12 | | on page 46, immediately below line 26, by inserting the |
| 13 | | following:
|
| 14 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January |
| 15 | | 1, 2027.". |
