HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Sara
4Beth Janz; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Sara Janz worked for the National Academy of
6Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), where she was
7instrumental in founding the NATAS Chicago/Midwest Chapter's
8Junior Board and volunteered at many events; she was also a
9former recipient of the NATAS Chicago Scholarship; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Sara Janz was known as a kind and generous person
11who touched everyone she met with her warmth and intelligence,
12and she demonstrated the kind of commitment that inspired
13those around her to strive for excellence; she will be
14remembered for her leadership, dedication, and compassion; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Sara Janz was the wife of Staff Sergeant Darien
16Jackson; the daughter of Roz Varon and Edward Janz; and the
17sister of Amy (Neomi Luna) Janz and Brian Janz; therefore, be
18it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
20HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
21we mourn the passing of Sara Beth Janz and extend our sincere

1condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
2her; and be it further
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
