| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Sara |
| 4 | | Beth Janz; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Sara Janz worked for the National Academy of |
| 6 | | Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), where she was |
| 7 | | instrumental in founding the NATAS Chicago/Midwest Chapter's |
| 8 | | Junior Board and volunteered at many events; she was also a |
| 9 | | former recipient of the NATAS Chicago Scholarship; and |
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Sara Janz was known as a kind and generous person |
| 11 | | who touched everyone she met with her warmth and intelligence, |
| 12 | | and she demonstrated the kind of commitment that inspired |
| 13 | | those around her to strive for excellence; she will be |
| 14 | | remembered for her leadership, dedication, and compassion; and |
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Sara Janz was the wife of Staff Sergeant Darien |
| 16 | | Jackson; the daughter of Roz Varon and Edward Janz; and the |
| 17 | | sister of Amy (Neomi Luna) Janz and Brian Janz; therefore, be |
| 18 | | it |
