| 3 | | line 20, by inserting after "employment;" the following: |
| 4 | | "except for participants convicted of or alleged to have |
| 5 | | committed the following: (i) first degree murder, (ii) any |
| 6 | | Class X felony, (iii) any Class 1 felony, (iv) any |
| 7 | | intentional, knowing, or reckless offense causing great bodily |
| 8 | | harm or permanent disability or disfigurement, or (v) any |
| 9 | | criminal sexual offense;". |
