Contains findings and purposes concerning the parent-child relationship. Creates a civil cause of action for a parent or child if a third party's tortious conduct injures either the child or the parent or otherwise unreasonably harms, prevents, or terminates a parent-child relationship. Authorizes recovery of damages including loss of society, companionship, consortium, parent-child relationship, emotional distress, mental anguish, or economic loss.
