<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/6-116.5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that if a person causes a fatality while operating a motor vehicle and it is determined that the fatality was caused entirely by the medical condition of the person, the Secretary of State shall suspend the person's driver's license until the person provides medical documentation that the medical condition is being treated. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
