<reference>730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-45</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-55</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-60</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-65</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if the defendant has been incarcerated for a Class 4 felony or a Class A, B, or C misdemeanor and has been released from imprisonment, the court shall impose an unconditional sentence in any case in which the court is of the opinion that no proper purpose would be served by imposing any condition upon the defendant's release. Provides that when an unconditional sentence is imposed for a felony, the court shall set forth in the record the reasons for its action.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
