Provides that for the purpose of calculating the accrual of paid leave, only hours actually worked by an employee shall be considered. Provides that an employee shall not accrue paid leave for any hours that an employee was scheduled to work but did not actually work. Provides that, if paid leave is taken due to an emergency, an employer may require that an employee provide documentation of the emergency upon returning to work.
