HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate the North Greene Junior 
4High School 7th grade girls relay team, the Warriors, on 
5placing first in the 4x400m relay at the 2024 Illinois 
6Elementary School Association (IESA) Class 2A 7th Grade Girls 
7State Track and Field Meet; and
 
8    WHEREAS, The Warriors 7th grade girls relay team earned 
9first place in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4 minutes and 
1026.35 seconds; and
 
11    WHEREAS, The Warriors 7th grade girls relay team also 
12placed fifth in the 4x100m relay; and
 
13    WHEREAS, The Warriors 7th grade girls relay team includes 
14Summer Coates, Bria Bushnell, Kelci Smith-Anthony, Wynter 
15Robeen, Adilynn Churchill, and Livia Cooper; and
 
16    WHEREAS, The Warriors 7th grade girls relay team is led by 
17Coach Shanda Robeen; therefore, be it
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
19HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we congratulate the North Greene Junior High School 7th grade

1girls relay team, the Warriors, on their accomplishments at 
2the 2024 Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA) Class 
32A 7th Grade Girls State Track and Field Meet, and we wish them 
4continued success in the future; and be it further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the North Greene Junior High School 7th grade 
7girls relay team an expression of our esteem and respect.
