| 6 | | consumers the date after which the food quality may begin to |
| 7 | | deteriorate but the food may still be acceptable for |
| 8 | | consumption."; and

| 9 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 26 with "shall be |
| 10 | | deposited into the Food and Drug Safety Fund.".
