| 9 | | on page 18, line 5, after "completed.", by inserting |
| 10 | | "Reduction of the amount owed shall not be construed as |
| 11 | | reinstatement in the Golden Apple Scholars program. |
| 12 | | Reinstatement in the program shall be solely at the discretion |
| 13 | | of the Golden Apple Foundation on terms determined by the |
| 14 | | Foundation."; and
