<reference>110 ILCS 947/10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>110 ILCS 947/35</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act. Removes a for-profit educational organization from the definition of "institution of higher learning", "qualified institution", and "institution". Provides that an applicant is eligible for a Monetary Award Program grant, including renewals of such grant, if the applicant, among other requirements, is not attending a for-profit institution of higher education. Removes a provision allowing Monetary Award Program grants to be made to applicants enrolled at qualified for-profit institutions. Makes conforming changes.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
