<reference>725 ILCS 5/124A-5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that during the first 180 days following a person's release from a penal institution, a court shall not order the person to pay any outstanding fines, taxes, or costs arising from a criminal proceeding involving the person.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Judicial Note (Dept. of Human Services)</synopsistitle>

<SynopsisText>Please be advised that the Balanced Budget Note Act does not apply to Senate Bill 2175 as it is not a

note must be prepared only for bills that change a general funds appropriation for the fiscal year in
