<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>225 ILCS 10/25 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 105/5.990 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that subject to appropriation, the Department of Children and Family Services shall create and implement a 3-year pilot program to provide grants to underserved units of local government to establish licensed day care centers within local government facilities for local government employees, visitors, and eligible residents who reside in the local government's jurisdiction. Provides that the Department shall arrange for an evaluation of the pilot program to determine whether the pilot program is successfully supporting local government employees. Provides that at the end of the 3-year pilot program, the Department shall submit a report to the General Assembly with its findings from the evaluation. Provides that the report shall state whether the Department intends to continue the pilot program and the rationale for its decision. Provides that the Department may adopt rules and procedures to implement and administer the program. Creates the Local Government Facilities Day Care Fund and makes a corresponding change in the State Finance Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
