<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-605</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-605</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Deletes language providing that the school zone speed limit applies only when when school children are present and so close thereto that a potential hazard exists because of the close proximity of the motorized traffic. For the purpose of provisions concerning the school zone speed limit, changes the time at which a school day concludes from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
