Provides that a member may establish up to 5 years of creditable service for periods during which the participant rendered contractual services to any agency of the State, regardless of whether the services were rendered on a part-time or full-time basis if the member applies for the credit and makes a specified contribution. Provides that a member may not establish such service credit if the member has service credit in any other pension fund or retirement system under the Code during the period for which service credit is sought.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
