In provisions concerning rates for residential services for children licensed and purchased by the Department of Children and Family Services, provides that, for group home providers serving children and youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities, the Department, the Department of Human Services, and the Illinois State Board of Education shall increase payment rates taking effect on and after July 1, 2025 to a rate sufficient to provide a $4 per hour wage increase for frontline personnel.
