<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 2630/5.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Criminal Identification Act concerning records eligible for sealing. Provides that records of arrests or charges not initiated by arrest resulting in orders of supervision, including orders of supervision for municipal ordinance violations, successfully completed by the petitioner, may be sealed one year (rather than 2 years) after the termination of petitioner's last sentence. Provides that records of: (1) arrests or charges not initiated by arrest resulting in convictions, including convictions on municipal ordinance violations; (2) arrests or charges not initiated by arrest resulting in orders of first offender probation under the Cannabis Control Act, the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, or the Offender Initiative Program; and (3) arrests or charges not initiated by arrest resulting in felony convictions may be sealed one year (rather than 3 years) after the termination of the petitioner's last sentence.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
