Provides that, if a unit of local government receives a request to make the unit's public buildings within the election authority's jurisdiction available as permanent or temporary early voting polling place, the unit may demonstrate to the election authority that the use would interfere with scheduled programming, and, if so, the election authority and the unit shall work cooperatively to find an alternative location to serve as the permanent or temporary early voting polling place.
