<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-501</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501</aliasreference><reference>750 ILCS 5/520 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that if a defendant is found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, other drug or drugs, or intoxicating compound or compounds, or any combination thereof where the violation has resulted in the death of another, the court shall order the defendant to pay an amount reasonable and necessary for support of the minor child or children of any victims. Provides for the calculation of child support for a defendant ordered to pay child support under such circumstances. Makes a corresponding change in the Illinois Vehicle Code.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
