<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-208.6</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a written notice of a violation that was recorded by an automated traffic law enforcement system must be sent via certified (rather than regular) mail to the registered owner of the vehicle as the alleged violator. Provides that no violation issued due to it being recorded by an automated traffic law enforcement system shall be actionable after one year.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
