Provides that for a Tier 2 State policeman for all purposes under the Code, including, without limitation, the calculation of benefits and employee contributions, the annual earnings, salary, or wages based on the plan year of a State policeman shall not exceed the amount determined by the Social Security Administration to be the Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance Contribution and Benefit Base (instead of $106,800, as annually adjusted).
