Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall establish a Worker Relocation Grant Program to award grants to incentivize workers to relocate to the State. Provides that a base grant awarded to a relocating employee shall not exceed $5,000 and an enhanced grant awarded to a relocating employee that satisfies specified criteria shall not exceed $7,500.
