Creates a special instant scratch-off game for the benefit of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Illinois Chapter, type 1 diabetes research, support, education, and awareness. Provides that the net revenue from the scratch-off game shall be deposited into the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Fund. Makes conforming changes throughout the Law. Amends the Department of Public Health Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall administer the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Fund and shall pass all of the moneys deposited in the Fund as grants to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for (i) research, treatment, and awareness of diabetes and (ii) improved diabetes self-management and training.
