<reference>305 ILCS 5/5-47 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to adopt policies and rates for long-acting reversible contraception by January 1, 2024 to ensure that reimbursement is not less than actual acquisition cost. Requires the Department to submit any necessary application to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for the purposes of implementing such policies and rates. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
