Provides that, by January 1, 2024, the Department on Aging shall align the menu of services offered under the Community Care Program with the services offered under the Home Services Program administered by the Department of Human Services. Provides that the purpose of the amendatory Act is to ensure that persons 60 years of age and older who are enrolled in the Community Care Program have access to the same services available to persons 60 years of age and younger under the Home Services Program.
