Changes a requirement that each petition for a nomination for mayor, city clerk, or city treasurer in the City of Chicago must be signed by at least 12,500 legal voters of the City of Chicago to a requirement that at least 2,500 legal voters of the City of Chicago sign each of those petitions.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
