| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Philip Ray Koehlhoeffer of Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on March 31, 2022; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Philip Koehlhoeffer was born to Philip Harold and |
| 6 | | Treva (Prout) Koehlhoeffer in Moline on September 6, 1942; he |
| 7 | | served in the U.S. Air Force; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Philip Koehlhoeffer worked for the Moline Post |
| 9 | | Office for 35 years; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Philip Koehlhoeffer's biggest hobby was music, |
| 11 | | and he loved the Blues and was a member of the Mississippi |
| 12 | | Valley Blues Society; he deeply enjoyed living in Florida |
| 13 | | after retiring; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Philip Koehlhoeffer was preceded in death by his |
| 15 | | parents and his son, Walter Koehlhoeffer; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Philip Koehlhoeffer is survived by his siblings, |
| 17 | | John (Tina) Lassuy and Marcia (Mark) Frederiksen; his |
| 18 | | children, Michael (Leah) Koehlhoeffer, Trista (James St. |
