SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Kenneth F. Fransen of Orion, who 
4passed away on July 10, 2021; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kenneth Fransen was born in Geneseo to Frank and 
6Ora (Coneghy) Fransen on August 17, 1929; he married Eloise 
7Mitchell on September 19, 1953; he served in the U.S. Army; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Kenneth Fransen worked as a farmer in the Orion 
9area; and
  
 
  
10    WHEREAS, Kenneth Fransen was preceded in death by his 
11parents; his brother; and his sister; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Kenneth Fransen is survived by his wife, Eloise; 
13his daughter, Cathy Anderson; his son, Kevin Fransen; his 
14grandchildren, Jessica (Keith) Egert, Ashley Fransen, and 
15Stacey (Shane) Lofgren; his great-grandchildren, Kenny, 
16Taylor, and Cameron; and his great-great-grandchild, Everly; 
17therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Kenneth F. Fransen and extend our sincere condolences to his

1family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
2further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to  the family of  Kenneth Fransen as an expression of
