| 4 | | "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |

| 7 | | Sec. 3-806.10. Vehicles manufactured in Illinois. Upon |
| 8 | | payment of the title fee for a first division passenger |
| 9 | | vehicle other than an autocycle, motorcycle, motor driven |
| 10 | | cycle, or pedalcycle or for a second division vehicle weighing |
| 11 | | 8,000 pounds or less, the buyer or owner of the vehicle may |
| 12 | | apply for a rebate in the amount of $25 on a form prescribed by |
| 13 | | the Secretary of State if the vehicle is manufactured in this |
| 14 | | State and the application for title is made no more than one |
| 15 | | year after the month in which the vehicle was manufactured. |
