| 8 | | excluding any wood preservative pesticides"; and

| 9 | | on page 11, line 25, by deleting "or"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 12, by replacing line 2 with the following:

| 11 | | "a public institution of higher education; or |
| 12 | | (3) the use of neonicotinoids for wood preservation.".
