| 3 | | line 2, by inserting "including underwear," after "season,"; |

| 5 | | on page 2, line 3, by inserting after "care." the following: |
| 6 | | "Underwear provided to each committed person in all |
| 7 | | institutions and facilities of the Department shall be free of |
| 8 | | charge and shall be provided at any time upon request, |
| 9 | | including multiple requests, of the committed person or as |
| 10 | | needed by the committed person."; and
|
| 11 | | on page 5, lines 5 and 6, by deleting "and employees of the |
| 12 | | Department".
