| 4 | | ""Health care practitioner" means any health care |
| 5 | | practitioner, including a physician, dentist, podiatric |
| 6 | | physician, advanced practice registered nurse, registered |
| 7 | | nurse, licensed practical nurse, physician assistant, clinical |
| 8 | | psychologist, or clinical social worker, therapist, or |
| 9 | | counselor. The term includes a medical office, health care |
| 10 | | clinic, health department, group practice, and any other |
| 11 | | organizational structure for a licensed professional to |
| 12 | | provide health care services. The term does not include a |
| 13 | | health care facility.".
