Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to update its fee schedule for complex rehabilitation technology products and associated services to 100% of Medicare (2022) rural rates for such products and services. Provides that for claims submitted by providers of complex rehabilitation technology products and associated services, the Department shall implement use of the "KU" modifier and associated Medicare payment rates in accordance with the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116-94).
