Provides that every municipality shall inspect all single-family residences and multi-family buildings in the municipality built before 1978 for the presence of lead paint and lead piping by June 1, 2024. Provides that after an inspection of each single-family residence or a multi-family building, the inspector shall file a report of the inspector's findings with the clerk of the municipality.
