Requires the Auditor General to conduct a performance audit of the management of the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak at the LaSalle Veterans' Home by the Department of Veterans' Affairs and the Department of Public Health. Provides that the performance audit shall include specified determinations. Provides that the Department of Veterans' Affairs, the Department of Public Health, and any other State agency or other entity or person that may have information relevant to the audit shall cooperate fully and promptly with the Auditor General in the audit. Requires the Auditor General to commence the audit as soon as practical and report the findings and recommendations upon completion in accordance with the Illinois State Auditing Act.
