Amends the Department of Employment Security Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that all contracts for services, purchases, or sales, including specifications in such contracts, entered into by the Department of Employment Security that are not subject to public bid shall be disclosed to the public on the Department's website within 14 days after execution of the contract.
