<reference>305 ILCS 5/5-35</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the total monthly personal needs allowance from both State and federal sources for a medical assistance recipient who is a resident of a facility licensed under the ID/DD Community Care Act, the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act, the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013, or the MC/DD Act shall equal $90 (rather than $60). Provides that the total monthly personal needs allowance from both State and federal sources for a medical assistance recipient who is a resident of a supportive living facility shall equal $120. Provides that the total monthly personal needs allowance from both State and federal sources for a medical assistance recipient who is a resident of a facility other than those described in a specified provision of the Illinois Administrative Code shall equal $60.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
