<reference>725 ILCS 5/110-6.1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 110-6.1</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that upon verified petition by the State, the court shall hold a hearing and may deny a defendant pretrial release if the defendant is charged with intimidation by a public official or bribery.
