Provides that, for the purpose of identifying veterans' programs that should be added, improved, or eliminated, the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall submit to the General Assembly an annual report that includes a listing of all State programs for veterans, the number of veterans served by each program, and the annual cost of each program.
