Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, no holder of an Early Approval Adult Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization License, a Conditional Adult Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization License, an Adult Use Dispensing Organization License, or a medical cannabis dispensing organization license issued under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act may sell or resell the Early Approval Adult Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization License, Conditional Adult Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization License, Adult Use Dispensing Organization License, or medical cannabis dispensing organization license on or before 4 years after the date that it was issued.
