Provides for the licensure of naturopathic physicians. Creates the Naturopathic Physician Medical Board. Provides that the Board shall oversee the licensure of naturopathic physicians and matters relating to training and licensure of naturopathic physicians. Provides for membership of the Board and duties of the Board. Requires the Board to adopt rules concerning specified matters. Contains provisions concerning definitions; qualifications for licensure; approval of naturopathic medical educational programs; display of license; scope of practice; referral requirements; prohibited conduct by licensees; exemptions from the Act; title protection; license expiration, renewal, denial, revocation, and continuing education; and issuance of first licenses.
