<reference>20 ILCS 655/3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 603</aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 655/7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 611</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Provides that priority in the use of industrial development bonds issued by the Illinois Finance Authority shall be given to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of personal protective equipment for infection control. Provides that a manufacturer shall be eligible for priority in the use of industrial development bonds only if it manufactures its personal protective equipment goods in the State of Illinois. Provides that a distributor or retailer shall be eligible for priority in the use of industrial development bonds only if it distributes or sells personal protective equipment goods that at least 50% of which are made in the United States. Defines "personal protective equipment". Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
