Requires insurers that provide coverage for prescription inhalant drugs to limit the total amount an insured is required to pay for a covered prescription inhalant drug to $100 per 30-day supply regardless of the type and amount of inhalant drug needed by the insured. Provides that the Department of Insurance may adopt rules as necessary to implement and administer the provisions. Provides that on January 1 of each year, the limit on the amount that an insured is required to pay for a 30-day supply of a covered prescription inhalant drug shall increase by a percentage equal to the percentage change from the preceding year in the medical care component of the Consumer Price Index of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor.
