<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>235 ILCS 5/5-1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 43, par. 115</aliasreference><reference>235 ILCS 5/6-9.2 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that if a licensed distributor of wine or spirits fails to meet specified delivery requirements for the holder of that license, any retailer affected by the failure shall have the right to submit an Emergency Alcohol Resale Application to the State Commission. Provides that the application fee is $100. Requires the retailer to submit a copy of the Emergency Alcohol Resale Application to its distributor. Provides that a retail licensee may sell alcoholic liquors to another retail licensee for resale if the retail licensee presents a completed Emergency Alcohol Resale Application that has been submitted under specified conditions. Contains provisions concerning application requirements and rulemaking.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
