Provides that beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, the minimum age at which a person is eligible to receive a retirement annuity or pension under any Article of the Code shall be increased by one year and, beginning 5 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the minimum age at which a person is eligible to receive a retirement annuity or pension under any Article of the Code shall be increased by one additional year.
