Pursuant to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act and consistent with the powers in public health laws, orders the following effective August 4, 2021: all public and nonpublic schools serving pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, all day care facilities, and all nursing homes and long-term care facilities must follow guidance issued by listed federal and State agencies regarding the use of specified mitigation measures.
