SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Paul F. Mateja of North Chicago, who 
4passed away on February 29, 2020; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Paul Mateja was born to Julius and Pauline Mateja;  
6he attended Holy Rosary Grade School and North Chicago High 
7School; he  graduated from Devry Tech with a degree in applied 
8science; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Paul Mateja's favorite hobbies included 
10electronic projects and woodworking; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Paul Mateja was preceded in death by his parents; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Paul Mateja is survived by his sister, Michaelene, 
14and his many cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
15    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
16ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

17Paul F. Mateja and extend our sincere
condolences to his 
18family, friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it
