| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Robert "Bob" Harrilchak of Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on January 2, 2020; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bob Harrilchak was born in Yonkers, New York to |
| 6 | | Michael and Anna (Furtak) Harrilchak Sr. on July 21, 1944; he |
| 7 | | received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 1968; |
| 8 | | he earned his Master of Business Administration from |
| 9 | | Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bob Harrilchak served in the U.S. Navy and retired |
| 11 | | as a lieutenant commander in June of 1992; he worked as a |
| 12 | | contract specialist at the Rock Island Arsenal for 11 years |
| 13 | | until his retirement in April of 2019; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Bob Harrilchak was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed |
| 15 | | fishing, home improvements, and spending time with his family; |
| 16 | | and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Bob Harrilchak was preceded in death by his |
| 18 | | parents; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Bob Harrilchak is survived by his children, |
| 20 | | Christopher Harrilchak and Sara (Ryan) Rodgers; his |
